Our assessment consists of 10 questions designed to measure four dimensions: Strength & Skills, Values & Motivation, Interest & Enjoyment, and Career Imagination. Based on your answers, our algorithm identifies the most suitable CBC career pathway for your learner.
The assessment is designed for CBC learners, primarily at Junior Secondary level (Grades 7–9). Parents or guardians complete it on behalf of their child using the child's responses.
Yes. You can take a new assessment for the same learner at any time. Each attempt generates a separate result, so you can track growth over time. Each new attempt requires a separate payment to unlock the full report.
Each letter represents a career pathway aligned with Kenya's CBC framework for example, Arts & Sports Science, Social Sciences, STEM, and more. Your full report explains the pathway in detail including recommended career options and archetype profiles.
